I'm sure a lot of us out there let the dream stealers take a way our dreams. And not all dream stealers are people, they can be ourselves. Our fears or us not setting goals to make those dreams come true. <br /><br />We need to encourage each other so the dream stealers, people or ourselves, cannot take our dreams a way. Edie, I think it's great you posted about this. I'm sure a lot of us out there let the dream stealers take a way our dreams. And not all dream stealers are people, they can be ourselves. That's why authentic leaders - servant leaders - do their best work from behind and beneath those who choose to follow them. They are busy lifting others within reach of dreams of their own.
